S U P Paddle board paddles
I started out doing these paddles just to be making something. Just to be building something and I do love doing wood work. There is no feeling like saying I did that. I fashioned something out of a blank piece of wood. Anyway, back to the topic at hand. The first ones. I still have a few of the first ones I made. They are made with long handles for taller people, but if I had need I could reconfigure easily for a shorter person.

These are of them very early on. Very rough. But I have done a lot of work shaping them up.

I expect both to take on a slight yellowish hue and the bass wood to take on a pink hue as I will probably use a fast setting epoxy so it doesn’t take a week to finish them off. I discovered, quite by accident that a slower setting epoxy will stay much clearer so as to not change the color of the wood.
